Fleetline Anti-Wear (AW) Hydraulic Oils are superior performance oils, formulated with a zinc/phosphorous additive package to provide exceptional anti-wear protection to critical hydraulic system components. These oils are designed for use in most industrial, marine and mobile equipment hydraulic systems.

Fleetline Anti-Wear (AW) Hydraulic Oils are ideal for circulating systems, piston pump or vane pumps, and other applications where an anti-wear hydraulic oil is required.

These quality hydraulic oils provide:

SuperFleet XHD Engine Oils are formulated for use in the latest 2017 EPA, high output, low-emission engines, including those with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and exhaust after treatment systems with Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOCs).

CERAN XM 220

APPLICATIONS:
--CERAN XM 220 is made of the New Generation calcium sulfonate complex soap designed by TOTAL Lubrifiants. This new soap has enhanced properties in terms of water resistance, load capacity, thermal resistance, anticorrosion properties while keeping a very high level of pumpability and ability to lubricate well in case of high speeds.

--CERAN XM 220 is suitable for the lubrication of all kinds of components subject to high loads, shocks, working in conditions where the grease is in frequent contact with water (even sea water due to enhanced antirust performances).

--CERAN XM 220 is suitable for the lubrication of continuous castings and rolling mills in steel plants, bearings in wet and dry (felt rolls) sections of paper mills and all industrial applications under severe conditions (wet, loaded, high temperature, dust,...)

--CERAN XM 220 is suitable for use in centralized greasing systems.

ADVANTAGES:
--The New Generation of calcium sulfonate complex soap developed by TOTAL Lubrifiants allows CERAN XM 220 to work well in bearings even if rotation speeds are high. CERAN XM 220 presents outstanding performances even at high nDm where the New Generation keeps all benefits in terms of corrosion protection, bearings lifetime, high loads and thermal resistance.

Phillips 66 Multiplex 600 is a high quality, multipurpose, extreme pressure (EP) lithium complex grease developed for the lubrication of automotive and industrial equipment operating under heavy loads and at moderate to high temperatures. It is recommended for use in a variety of automotive, agricultural, construction, mining and industrial applications. It is NLGI GC-LB certified for use as a multipurpose automotive wheel bearing and chassis lubricant.

Multiplex 600 is manufactured with high quality base oils, a special polymer and lithium complex soap thickener. It is fortified with EP and antiwear additives plus rust and oxidation inhibitors. It has excellent thermal stability at high temperatures, high load carrying capacity for excellent wear protection, and protects metal parts against rust and corrosion. Its tackiness properties and heavy base oil provide a high level of adhesion to bearing surfaces maintaining an effective seal to help minimize bearing contamination, improve retention, reduce leakage and provide excellent resistance to water washout.

-Agricultural, construction, mining and industrial equipment operating under heavy or shock loads.
-Wheel bearings of passenger cars, trucks, high performance vehicles, sport utility vehicles and motorcycles equipped with disc brakes.
-Ball joints, universal joints, other chassis parts and water pumps on passenger cars, trucks and other mobile equipment.
-Conveyor bearings.
-Pellet mills manufactured by Bliss Industries (Grade No. 2).
